We are looking for someone with a strong background in cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure/AWS Databricks, who can hit the ground running. Your expertise should include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Databricks clusters, notebooks, libraries, and job scheduling.
  • Optimizing Spark performance, data caching, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Developing Python, Scala, or SQL scripts for data processing.
  • Designing and implementing Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Databricks Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure/AWS Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks clusters, notebooks, libraries, and job scheduling.
  • Expertise in Spark optimization, data caching, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL for data processing.
  • Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications
