Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across mobile, web, and dashboards.

  • You will lead end-to-end design across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users.
  • Translate AI-driven security features into simple, intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interface and user experience for our products.
  • Work with the product team to define and deliver product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  • Prototype and test concepts using Figma, Framer, Rive, Miro, and Adobe CC.
Requirements
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design.
  • Proven track record shipping B2C and B2B products.
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, and Rive.
  • Proficiency in motion prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle).
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar).
