Sr. UI Designer Position

We're seeking a seasoned Sr. User Interface Designer to join our product team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge, user-centric digital experiences.


About the Role

As a key member of our design-first product team, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent UIs that delight users across web and mobile platforms.

  • Crafting high-fidelity designs from wireframes, user journeys, and product goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Maintaining tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating modern, elegant UI across mobile and web
Key Skills

You should possess:

  • Strong command of core visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, spacing, and responsive/adaptive design
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems
  • Ability to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive (optional but a plus)
  • Strong ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI — with an awareness of AI-powered design tools and automation workflows to enhance speed and consistency
