Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the team to collate data, performing analysis and publishing management information systems (MIS) on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be responsible for maintaining and storing data files and documents in accordance with the required format.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Sales Officer will be required to respond to queries related to MIS, coordinate administrative activities of the unit, and assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by seniors from time to time.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will also be expected to make reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with team members to collate data
  • Perform analysis and publish MIS

  • Respond to queries related to MIS
  • Coordinate administrative activities of the unit
