Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing profitability, monitoring revenue and cost, and ensuring seamless connectivity within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch profitability and monitor revenue against cost.
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and ensure effective customer segmentation and mapping.
  • Monitor brokerage and income from other products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Ensure overall branch operation efficiency, risk management, and administrative activities are executed smoothly.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
  • Good knowledge of Equity Market and TPP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NISM certification is a plus.
