Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist with over 5 years of experience in AEM authoring and digital asset management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, web content quality assurance, and AEM components/templates, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of digital content.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage AEM content, including updates and optimizations.
  • Maintain digital assets for efficient management.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform quality assurance on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment.
  • Develop testing checklists for content quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author.
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance.
  • Hands-on with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.
