We are seeking an experienced SAP functional consultant with a strong background in Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Supply Chain processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, with expertise in batch management, inspection lots and serial number processes.
Apart from technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage or support full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead or support SAP implementations and enhancements in the areas of WM, MM, QM and overall Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP WM/EWM ,MM, QM modules, including master data, purchasing, inventory, inspections and warehouse processes.
- Develop functional specifications, support testing and validation cycles and ensure smooth deployment.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert-level support for production environments.
- Document system processes and changes and deliver user training as needed.
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in SAP functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in STO processes, including Logistic Execution part for shipments.
- Deep knowledge of Routes, Shipping Points and Shipping Conditions concepts in the context of STO processes.
- Warehouse Management (WM) expertise is a must, with proven experience in configuring Warehouse Management (SAP WM).
- Experience with Batch Management, including hands-on batch determination.
- Exposure to 3PL integrations and operations is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage or support full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant upgrades.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points across logistics modules (MM–QM–WM–SD–PP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices is a strong plus.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Expertise in SAP Certification in MM, QM or SCM modules.
