Off-Season Sales Representative

The objective of this role is to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. This sales-focused position will promote our fashion collections to offline customers, creating lasting relationships through continuous interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retail outlets.
  • Identify new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Deliver product presentations, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
  • Manage order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
  • Represent the brand at local marketing events and trade shows.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies for growth in offline markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion.
