Job Title: Content Development Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled content developer to create high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.

  • Design comprehensive training programs on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud computing for diverse audiences.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and translate complex topics into clear, concise training materials.
  • Review content from team members and freelancers, maintaining the repository and updating the learning management system with new content.
  • Support proposal design and client communication, coordinating with graphic designers as needed.
Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud computing concepts and be able to develop engaging training content.

  • Deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers, ensuring comprehensive understanding of created or reviewed content.
  • Facilitate client support by communicating issues promptly within the organization.
  • Prepare other trainers, including freelancers, for assigned trainings.
