Lead Chip Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to own the overall chip architecture and design execution. Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in leading multi-block design integration, managing handoff and sign-off of key stages including RTL freeze, synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, and DFT.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive IP integration, clocking strategy, and power domain definition
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
  • Identify and mitigate design and schedule risks

A strong background in digital IC design (RTL to GDSII), system-level architecture, and IP integration is crucial. Proficiency in timing closure (STA) and power-performance-area (PPA) optimization is also essential. Knowledge of UPF/CPF for low-power design and familiarity with design for manufacturability, test (DFT), and silicon debug will be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to identify and address potential design and schedule risks is critical.

  • Familiarity with low-power design and design for manufacturability, test, and silicon debug
