Job Title: Advanced Network Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill a crucial role in our organization. As an Advanced Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for network infrastructure, security solutions, and cloud-based services.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Expertise in supporting complex Enterprise Architectures with multiple security products is required.
  • Providing tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS, NAC is essential to resolve critical business issues that require deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis.
  • You will independently own the Security Infrastructure support, solving complex issues and suggesting design modifications as appropriate.
  • Able to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Palo Alto Threat Protection, Cisco Firepower, Checkpoint, IPS/IDS, Zscaler is necessary.
  • Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such BGP, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, Multicast is required.
  • Working knowledge of areas including LAN, WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst Switches and routers is necessary.
  • Understanding L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static Route, HSRP, VLAN, Port-channel), SDWAN technology is essential.
  • Ability to handle escalated calls from lower-level teams.
  • Familiarity with NOC process (working on ITSM / ticket updating while troubleshooting).
  • Can effectively handle priority 1 cases and escalate the issue to the right stakeholder.
  • Able to design network architecture.
  • Understanding of Enterprise-level Network Operations is required.

At least 5 years of experience in networking and certification in CCNP/CCIE Security or equivalent is mandatory.
