Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress for end-to-end and integration testing.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Debug failed tests and report defects with clear documentation.
  • Ensure test coverage for new features and regression testing.
  • Maintain and update test frameworks and libraries as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote test automation best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing end-to-end test automation using Cypress.io, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and a passion for delivering robust, maintainable, and scalable test suites.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation with Cypress.io.
  • Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs, browser dev tools).
  • Experience with source control tools like Git.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
