MTS Silicon Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physical Design Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of advanced semiconductor products.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the physical design of complex SoCs, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies to meet challenging goals for frequency, power, and other design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing RTL to GDS2 flow using industry-leading EDA tools
- Handling floor-plan, physical implementation of power-plan, synthesis, placement, CTS, timing closure, routing, extraction, physical verification (DRC & LVS), crosstalk analysis, EM/IR
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize design performance and improve overall quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in physical design, preferably with high-performance designs
- Experience in automated synthesis and timing-driven place and route of RTL blocks for high-speed datapath and control logic applications
- Strong expertise in tools for logic synthesis, place and route, timing analysis, and design checks for physical and electrical quality
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task across projects, and work with geographically spread-out teams
