Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced graphic design professional to lead our team in creating engaging digital assets, branding materials, and marketing collateral.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding and visual identity for B2B organizations.
  • Design and create high-quality digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, HubSpot CMS, and Google Slides/Presentation software.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with ability to convey design thinking clearly and push back on ideas when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion graphics and video editing, with understanding of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, CapCut.
  • Understanding of AI design tools, including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI.
  • Front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
