We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide comprehensive production support for treasury management systems.

This role requires expertise in financial systems and technical troubleshooting capabilities to ensure seamless operations.

Below are the key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support for treasury management systems
  • Maintenance of static data within the environment to ensure system integrity
  • Troubleshooting, fixing, and authoring workflows including reports and action-based triggers
  • Identification and resolution of interface issues with bank statements and cashflows
  • Configuration, troubleshooting, and fixing of Cash Xplorer functionality
  • Support of core treasury processes including In-House Banking (IHB), Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement
  • Learning internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users
  • Receipt, analysis, and prioritization of related support tickets
  • Timely provision of solutions to users
  • Documentation of resolution steps and knowledge base articles
  • Support of system upgrades and patches
  • Monitoring of system performances and recommendation of improvements

Technical Operations:

  • Strong database expertise to maintain system performance
  • Authoring and optimization of SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
  • Working knowledge of the data model to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Integration of Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration
  • Support of integration points between systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules
  • Utilization of ticketing system to manage and track support requests

Governance & Compliance:

  • Maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates
  • Assessment of readiness for Quarterly Cloud Updates including regression testing to ensure business continuity
  • Ensurement of financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence
  • Participation in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions

Job Requirements include:

  • Oracle/SQL Server database expertise
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and report development
  • Understanding of system integration and data mapping
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and software as a service (SaaS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
