Job Responsibilities:
  • Investigate user experience design requirements for delivery engagements
  • Interact with clients to define design problem statements and analytical problem statements
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of designers who understand stakeholders and users through empathy maps and user personas
  • Enable quick iterations of product build through wireframes and get feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal/external designers to ensure tailored experiences for digital users
  • Provide advice on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
  • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7-9 years' UI/UX design experience for digital products/services
  • Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
  • Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with prioritization
