ServiceNow Architect Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Proficiency: JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
