Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Technical Support/Persales professional to join our fast-growing global business. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator who can build rapport with clients from diverse regions and work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments.
  • Resolve customer issues through support tickets.
  • Work closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  • Creation of technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide.
  • Evaluate customer expectations and meet committed timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or MCA.
  • 2-4 years of software customer service and support experience required.
  • Administrative tasks experience in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • Powershell scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required.
  • Ticketing tool experience, e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow.
  • Product presentation delivery to clients in a pre-sale context.
  • Experience working in a high-risk/secure environment is desirable.
  • Direct client interaction experience with >500 employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated attitude; ability to work under pressure.
  • SIEM/Auditing/Compliance technology experience.
  • Understanding of IT and business needs of technology.
  • Sales and customer service experience would be beneficial.
