Primary Teacher Position

The primary goal of this role is to provide quality education to students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach core subjects to students, utilizing creative and effective teaching methods
  • Prepare lesson plans and course materials, staying up-to-date with curriculum developments
  • Evaluate student progress through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement
  • Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment, promoting student engagement and well-being
  • Contribute to curriculum development, collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
Required Qualifications:
  • Pass 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board
  • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university, with a minimum 55% marks
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory
  • Candidates must have qualified the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes
  • Proficiency in English language is essential
Additional Requirements:
  • Degree and diplomas should be from recognized institutions
  • Teaching experience is highly desirable
