Job Description:

This role involves conducting requirement gathering sessions to understand the specific needs of the e-commerce platform for the India market. The gathered requirements will then be used to develop functional system designs, collaborating with the HQs IT team for alignment.

The successful candidate will lead the development, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and systems based on the collected requirements, focusing on quality and user experience. They will also collaborate with the HQs IT team for the development and deployment of global applicable functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand the specific needs of the e-commerce platform for the India market.
  • Develop functional system designs, collaborating with the HQs IT team for alignment.
  • Lead the development, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and systems based on the collected requirements, focusing on quality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the HQs IT team for the development and deployment of global applicable functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, including building and deploying custom storefronts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, SOQL, and Flow.
  • Extensive experience in working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience in working with Salesforce Experience Builder and Content Management.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, and familiarity with their use for system integration.
  • Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including the implementation of various payment gateways and logistics systems.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with git version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IT project management flow, ability to join and deliver outcomes under Scrum or Agile framework.
