Software Development Engineer in Test Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to work on ITSFI applications with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with 5+ years of experience working closely with business users, application build IT teams, and other IT teams to meet WBG internal standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C#, Playwright
  • Develop expertise in Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
  • Work directly with clients and management without supervision

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of designing automation frameworks
  • Experience with Jmeter and SonarQube is a plus
  • Good understanding of technology environment such as Azure, Azure SQL, MSSQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead diverse team members and work well under pressure
