Job Title

Lead a team of software engineers in developing and scaling automated test infrastructure.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for improving efficiency and streamlining build-test pipelines.

  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize automation strategies.

  • Drive automation strategies and address test flakiness.
  • Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
  • Define key metrics to refine automation processes.

To succeed, you will need:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical management experience
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python or Golang
  • Proven expertise in automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills in scaling test infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
