Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned full-stack lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications.

  • As a key member of our team, you'll oversee end-to-end projects from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions using .NET Core and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Implement microservices-based solutions for high-performance applications.
  • Define technical requirements and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

  • .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and containerization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification and Soft Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms and containerization tools.
