Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging and user-friendly designs for mobile applications, websites, and other digital products.
    • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual design concepts using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Technical Requirements:

    • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
    • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility design standards.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, including generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.

  • Qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
    • A minimum of 3+ years creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
