Job Summary:

As a key member of the Naukripay team, the Financial Data Clerk will be responsible for accurately recording and managing financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and bank reconciliations. This role involves handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and manage financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle petty cash, prepare bills and receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate and present products to clients, establishing new business relationships and maintaining accurate records.
• Review sales performance, negotiate contracts and packages, and attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements:

• Graduation degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
