Key Responsibilities of this role include:

Talent Management
  • Design and align people strategy and programs with business leaders.
  • Execute the full employee life cycle, including engagement, performance management, and L&D initiatives.

This position requires strong analytical knowledge to provide insights on Business and HR Data.

Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive focus groups, skip level meetings, and provide real-time feedback to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and have a trusted advisor mentality towards business leaders.

Additionally, this role involves resolving and communicating HR-related compliance matters, policy rollouts, and succession planning.
