Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to drive sales growth in the grid tied inverter/solar module market. They will work closely with channel partners and OEMs to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy to drive sales growth in the grid tied inverter/solar module market
  • Work closely with channel partners and OEMs to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Provide technical support and training to channel partners and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the grid tied inverter/solar module market and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners, OEMs, and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, marketing)
