As a technical project manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Your strong organizational skills will enable you to ensure resource availability and allocation.

To deliver high-quality results, you will develop a detailed project plan to track progress. You will utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Additionally, you will measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

With your expertise in project management tools, you will streamline processes and improve efficiency. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum/kanban based execution.

A strong working knowledge of Jira is also essential. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery quality across all streams of work. This includes reporting and escalating to management as needed, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will perform risk management to minimize project risks. You will establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements
  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Having experience in any IAM system especially SailPoint related product implementation and support will be a great positive
