Experience Digital Design Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented digital design engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to bring design concepts to life.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
  • Optimize rendering performance for smooth, high-quality experiences.
  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern design patterns, frameworks, and best practices to improve our product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a digital design engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.).
  • Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs.
  • Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
