Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of machine learning models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
  • Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex statistical models to analyze large datasets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Work closely with engineers to integrate models into production environments.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products from problem analysis to deployment and monitoring.
  • Theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Ability to prototype and evaluate algorithms quickly.
  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMS, including finetuning and building robust eval pipelines.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in building robust ML models.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Publishing in top-tier conferences and journals is considered a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with text-based and multimodal SLMs.
  • Hands-on expertise in deep learning frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
