About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mixologist to join our innovative team at Innovative Talent Solutions. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for creating unique and exciting cocktails that showcase your creativity and flair.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus, specials, and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Serve as a representative for our company in external and internal bartending competitions, showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative beverage programs that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure that all bar operations, HACCP standards, SOPs, cleaning, and other related tasks are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor temperature records, recipes, and daily availabilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role from a reputable restaurant or 4 or 5-star hotel property.
  • Excellent knowledge of alcohol awareness and responsible service practices.
  • The ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative to drive results.
