**Automation Test Engineer Role Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions for our software products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, particularly in automation testing using Selenium. They will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Lead a team of software and user interface testers.
- Analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and test procedure updates.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
