About the Role:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and inspirational customer service to our clients, ensuring that they have an engaging and satisfying shopping experience. You will also be tasked with maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, creating a visually appealing in-store environment that showcases our products and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and marketing promotions.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, driving growth through effective product recommendations and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions, ensuring that they are executed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• A passion for beauty and customer service, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
