Healthcare AI Fellow Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Healthcare AI Fellow in a rapidly growing organization.

As a fellow, you will be working on designing, building, and refining multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines. You will develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach. Your daily work will involve collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Python skills and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Proven track record rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided).
Success Metrics:
  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally.
  • Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to our operational frameworks.
