Automation Testing Specialist

Seeking a seasoned Automation Testing specialist to lead the development of test automation frameworks and execute comprehensive testing on Finacle applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/UFT/Tosca/equivalent tools.
  • • Collaborate with QA team members and business users to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-quality testing solutions.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect tracking procedures.
  • • Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • • Execute thorough testing across multiple Finacle modules, including Loans Lifecycle/CMCP, CASA, Customer Account Creation, Term Deposits, and WMS.
  • • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in test execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium/UFT/Tosca/equivalent tools.
  • • Strong knowledge of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking).
  • • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
