Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned software tester to join our team in a key strategic hub in Hyderabad. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our Eurex Clearing applications for Swaps derivatives and their components.


Your primary responsibilities will include designing, preparing, and executing manual tests for the Swaps Clearing application, as well as designing and implementing automated tests for the same application. You will also be responsible for executing test automation suites, developing test scenarios, and creating test data. Additionally, you will support and maintain the test infrastructure for the Swaps Clearing application.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Testing: Design, preparation, and execution of manual tests for the Swaps Clearing application
  • Automated Testing: Design and implementation of automated tests for the Swaps Clearing application
  • Test Automation Suites: Executing the test automation suites
  • Test Scenarios and Data: Development of test scenarios and creation of test data
  • Test Infrastructure: Support and maintenance of the test infrastructure for the Swaps Clearing application

Qualifications / Required Skills:
  • University degree or higher technical degree in an IT related discipline
  • Technical skills in J2EE applications on Spring boot
  • Knowledge of Calypso architecture and Calypso Automation Test Tool (CATT)
  • Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • SQL-database expertise in Oracle
  • Knowledge about CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Background of building test automation for J2EE applications
  • Familiarity with XML and FPML 5.x, Interest Rate Swaps, FRA, Central Counterparty
  • Shell scripting
  • Inter-personal skills and good communication and analytical skills

You will be able to work in a multi-cultural international team with proficiency in written and spoken English.
