Scientist Instructor

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as Bachelor of Science faculty members. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions that promote student learning and achievement.
• Mentor and counsel students on their academic and career goals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Conduct research and publish papers in reputable academic journals to enhance the institution's reputation and contribute to the field of science education.
• PARTicipate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities to ensure the program meets the needs of students and industry partners.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Master's degree in a relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks. A Ph.D. in the concerned discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, with a strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline. Effective communication and mentoring skills are essential, as well as familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
