Job Title: Civil Engineer Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of various construction projects.

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering) is required, while courses in Structural Engineering are preferred.
  • A minimum of 05-07 years of experience on a construction site is necessary, with expertise in executing big projects across acres of land.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office package is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with local language (written and spoken) is essential.
  • You will be responsible for planning and scheduling project activities according to timelines, ensuring timely work execution on site.
  • Liaison with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth functioning at the site.
  • Conducting project reviews and design review meetings online and in-office when necessary.
  • Maintaining all desired records at the site, including inventory management, RIF registers, drawing registers, non-compliance registers, etc.
  • Identifying delays and initiating corrective actions.
  • Inviting quotes from local vendors for comparison purposes.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.
  • Preparing MIS reports regularly to facilitate decision-making.
  • Minimizing material wastage and suggesting value engineering to reduce costs.
  • Coordinating with team members, contractors, and consultants to complete assigned tasks as per schedules.
