We are seeking an experienced Medical Professional to lead our emergency department. As a seasoned Emergency Medicine Specialist, you will oversee the medical team and provide timely treatment for patients in critical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency medical care with precision and urgency.
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions, injuries, and life-threatening situations.
• Perform life-saving procedures such as resuscitation, trauma care, and intubation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Train and mentor junior doctors and medical staff in emergency medicine.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to medical standards.
• Participate in quality control, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency medicine.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and critical care.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
