Job Description

As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our QA team in defining quality standards and best practices. You will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, establish and maintain QA processes across various platforms, collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS).
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive.
