Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing team and ensure the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing team and ensure quality across the organization
  • Attend calls with customers to discuss product quality
  • Keep management up to date on project status for testing
  • Help the team adopt the latest SQA processes and trends
  • Work with the automation team to update the automation framework with quality standards
  • Assist team members with technical and non-technical issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of software testing life cycle
  • Hands-on experience in API testing, test planning, test analysis, test design, construction, and verification, testing cycles
  • Experience with automation testing using Appium, Postman, RestAssured, etc.
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux environment
  • Experience working with databases like MySQL, writing queries, and validating results
  • Experience in performance testing using JMeter or other tools
