About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing data validation processes, creating documentation, and generating reports based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
- Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and healthcare payer systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
