Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute incident, change management, problem management processes effectively.
  • Build and support a reliable application suite for the environment, meeting development and maintenance requirements of systems/platforms.
  • Provide consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and systems programming.
  • Evaluate and ensure platform performance and availability meet enterprise objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning.
  • Constantly work to improve and implement automation of applications tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or industry certification in an applicable IT field, plus 3 years' experience in design/administration/support of platforms or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of site reliability engineering, with ability to design, develop, and support tools, services, and applications to maintain a reliable site environment.
  • Performance measurement and tuning: knowledge of system performance, testing, and programming, with ability to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communication.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts, values, and tools, with ability to design, build, implement, and maintain pipelines to achieve automation of software delivery process.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, and other relevant technologies.
