Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma and Digital Transformation projects with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in the domains of Supply Chain and/or Finance. This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain and/or Finance fundamentals, process improvement methodologies, and the ability to harness cutting-edge technologies to drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for driving lean digital transformation and process improvement for clients' core and enterprise operations.
  • Create Point of Views and Art of the Possible assessments, leveraging Digital, Analytics, and Process Re-engineering/re-imagination to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead digital-led transformation projects for the business, individually completing 2-3 high-impact projects annually while adhering to certification guidelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and multiple project leads to ensure the timely delivery of results, with a specific focus on scouting and implementing AI and ML-related initiatives.
  • Implement and oversee business process management systems for clients, across the 4 pillars of people, process, policy, and technology.
  • Drive the adoption of Lean Digital Transformation principles and in-house technologies, including training, testing, certification, and the leadership of any other analytics and productivity initiatives.
  • Couch and mentor Project Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean projects, with upskilling initiatives in the latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with operating teams to deliver key SLAs, productivity commitments, risk mitigation, and other critical business outcomes.
  • Establish a governance framework and facilitate ongoing discussions regarding continuous improvement with clients and internal partners.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance
  • Certified Project Manager/Black Belt with expertise in Lean Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects within Supply Chain and Finance domains
