Job Title: Lead UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI Designer to join our team.

As the Lead UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
  • User-Centred Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
  • Project Management: Communicate design decisions and project status effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
