**Job Title:** Internal Audit Manager

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a robust audit program that aligns with the organization's risk management framework. This involves designing and implementing audit plans, executing audits, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in risk management and internal audit, providing guidance and support to business units on ERM Framework implementation and Control Self Assessments.
  • Analyze and report on audit findings, identifying trends and areas for process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization by ensuring effective communication of audit results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in internal audit.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in internal audit, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit results.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
