Active Directory Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Expert to lead a large-scale migration initiative involving multiple Active Directory forests and Entra ID.

You will collaborate with architects and infrastructure teams to design, automate, and troubleshoot complex identity-related issues in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis and documentation of existing AD environments
  • Implement domain controller migrations and replication setup across multiple AD forests
  • Support the integration and migration to Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Assist in transitioning DNS from Windows to a PaaS-based solution
  • Configure DHCP scopes, conditional forwarders, and stub zones
  • Troubleshoot LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM authentication issues
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning and automation
  • Execute Terraform within CI/CD pipelines
  • Follow implementation plans and maintain accurate technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of AD, Entra ID, PKI, NPS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, AD Trusts, Group Policy, OUs, FSMO roles
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Experience navigating hybrid cloud setups
