Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge AI solutions, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

You will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
