Chief Technology Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving technological innovation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling high-performance platforms, with expertise in scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. They will also have experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring early engineers.

We aim to create a compliant system that democratizes intelligent investing. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to embed SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA.

You will own integration with critical systems like SCORES platforms and payment gateways, ensuring trust and integrity from day one. Your technical skills should be modern and hands-on, with expertise in scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

As a leader with 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI, you will have at least 2 years in a leadership role. You will champion innovation, spearheading deep tech initiatives from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.

Requirements:
  • At least 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • A founder's mindset, energized by challenges, not frustrated.
  • A proactive problem-solver, an owner, and a builder.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring early engineers.
