Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and validating high-to-low voltage systems in railway systems/heavy-duty vehicles.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in instrumentation & testing using strain gauges, accelerometers, microphones, thermocouples, load cells, and displacement sensors. They should also have experience with dynamic and static testing of railway systems/heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and validate high-to-low voltage systems, including components like cables, relays, transformers, electro-magnetic components, etc.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies for railway systems/heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Electronics, Mechatronic or Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, development, and majority in testing/validation in the railway or heavy-duty vehicle industry.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW and PLC/SCADA-based control systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO or equivalent railway standards for lab/field test execution.
